The shipping time for an order depends on the provided shipping address.
If the shipping address is within Metro Manila it will arrive within 2-5 business days and for provincial orders, 7-10 business days.
For shipping address within Metro Manila we can arrange a delivery through mobile app couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, Borzo or Toktok.
For shipping address for outside Metro Manila we will deliver the items through LBC, JRS or J&T.
Clients must ensure that the shipping address details that we're provided are correct and in existence.
Incorrect shipping address
We will not be held liable for a lost item due to incorrect shipping address however we will assist our client as much as we can to retrieve the package.
Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is not included. Clients have the option to avail a ₱200 shipping insurance because we will not be held accountable for any damage or loss caused by the courier. ₱The 200 shipping insurance will cover the total value of the purchased item.
Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight
The Actual Weight and the Volumetric Weight is used to calculate the cost of shipping. The higher value of the two is taken and is used in the shipping calculation.
- Actual Weight is the real weight of the product, it is the weight that appears when the product is placed on a weighing scale.
- Volumetric Weight is the weight of the product with its dimensions considered in a certain calculation. A certain product may be very light to carry but is a bit bulky, or a certain product may be very small but is very heavy.
All orders are available to Philippine residents only. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

1. Pre-Order Process:
- Pre-orders can be placed through our website or social media accounts. (Facebook or Instagram)
- Provide necessary information: Name, contact details, payment information, etc.
2. Payment:
- Full payment is required for pre-orders placed on our website.
- We accept Debit/Credit card, Mobile wallet, Bank transfer payments for pre-orders.

3. Order Confirmation:
- After placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email/message with details of your order.
- Pre-ordering does not guarantee product availability or delivery dates.
4. ProductArrival:
- The estimated time of arrival is 2-3 weeks.
- Most of our products are from US or EU.
5. Cancellation and Refund:
- Pre-order cancellations can be requested before the product is processed.
- Once the order has been placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If and when the customer decides to cancel his/her order, the downpayment will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
- If and when the merchant cancels the order for certain circumstances, the downpayment will be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued within 2-3 Business days upon cancellation approval.

- Pre-orders are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel pre-orders at our discretion.
