Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for trusting and placing pre-order with us. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of pre-ordering with HOOPSTAR.

1. Pre-Order Process:
- Pre-orders can be placed through our website or social media accounts. (Facebook or Instagram)
- Provide necessary information: Name, contact details, payment information, etc.

2. Payment:
- Full payment is required for pre-orders placed on our website.
- We accept Debit/Credit card, Mobile wallet, Bank transfer payments for pre-orders.

❕Down payment is only required for orders placed on our social media accounts (FB and IG)❕

3. Order Confirmation:
- After placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email/message with details of your order.
- Pre-ordering does not guarantee product availability or delivery dates.

4. Product Arrival:
- The estimated time of arrival is 2-3 weeks.
- Most of our products are from US or EU.

5. Cancellation and Refund:
- Pre-order cancellations can be requested before the product is processed.
- Once the order has been placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If and when the customer decides to cancel his/her order, the downpayment will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
- If and when the merchant cancels the order for certain circumstances, the downpayment will be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued within 2-3 Business days upon cancellation approval.

6. Changes and Updates:
- You will be notified of any significant updates or changes regarding your pre-order.

7. Limitations:
- Pre-orders are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel pre-orders at our discretion.
